Hey there! so recently i baught a product from the parcel hub. Somehow i didin’t get the order, and when i reseach on the Internet i find a video about this… BUT! it sayed that i needed the “Parcel” bot to get my order. IS there any other way than Rebuying cuz it costed me 300 robux, i hope that there’s a way to get the product…

if i’m reading this correctly you’re saying that you purchased a product that a tech group is selling and you didn’t receive the file - if that’s the case, this is not something parcel can solve. you’ll need to contact the group you purchased the product from
